First campaign donation returns due for 2023 supplementary council elections

Candidates are reminded that they must lodge their first campaign donation return today (10 February 2023).

The return forms can be downloaded and lodged electronically on the candidate portal.

A return must be lodged regardless of whether you have received gifts with an amount or value in excess of $500 or not. If you have not, you should lodge a NIL return.

Penalties may apply if this return is not lodged.
