Campaign donation returns are now due for candidates that contested the 2022 Council Elections

Candidates are reminded that they must lodge their second campaign donation return no later than 19 December 2022.

If you are a City of Adelaide candidate, you must also lodge a campaign expenditure return by the same date. The return forms can be downloaded and lodged electronically on the candidate portal.

The return must be lodged even if you were not elected to council. If you did not receive any donations in excess of $500, or (for City of Adelaide candidates only) if you did not incur campaign expenditure in excess of $500, you must lodge a ‘nil’ return.
