DINGLEY, John Ronald

I am 74 years of age, married for 51 years to my better half, have 3 wonderful children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. I have worked in various positions from laborer to warehouse manager etc. but my longest working position was with the commonwealth govt as a meat inspector. The values I live by are, honesty, fairness, stick up for the underdog, and speak up if necessary to voice my concerns and opinions. I believe that a Councillor should have the qualities to care not only for the environment but for its people. I have a strong understanding of disabilities needs as my wife and I are full time carers. I also have a strong understanding of young family requirement within our local area as two of my grandchildren are under 5 and currently living in the Tea Tree Gully area. LORRAINE, Olivia

I wish to focus on what concerns the community, as a self-funded local with no political affiliations. I am a long time resident of Modbury Heights with my husband and children, and a member of The Heights School community. I volunteer with the Digital Hub in Tea Tree Gully and Ridgehaven Calisthenics Club. I have started developing a new Neighbourhood Watch in Modbury Heights. My education includes a Diploma in Nursing and studying a Degree in Data Analytics and IT. I worked as a Mental Health Nurse, and I am part of the council's Access and Inclusion Reference Group. I'm committed to developing further parking and drop off strategies around schools and investigating traffic calming measures for local streets. I would like to preserve our nature trails and parks for future generations. I want our footpaths safe and our rates low. Vote 1 Olivia Lorraine Vote 2 Peter Panagaris. FOREMAN, Kristianne

As a ratepayer, I believe strongly that rates should not be a cent higher than necessary to provide core services. I believe the Council should be focused on roads, verges, rubbish and parks while protecting our precious open spaces from development. I, like many other residents, believe the Tea Tree Gully Council rates are too high - containing rate rises means getting back to basics and watching how Council spends our rates. I am committed to reducing the Council's debt. My family and I have lived in Wynn Vale for over 24 years and I volunteer with Neighbourhood Watch, Rotary Club and Golden Grove High School Governing Council. As a local, I am passionate about retaining our community lifestyle, advocating for local community groups and want to make sure Hillcott Ward receives its fair share of rate revenue.

PANAGARIS, Peter

As a resident of 38 years in the Hillcott Ward, it is vital that candidates live in the ward. I am a local business owner. President of the Lyell McEwin & Modbury Hospital Volunteer Association. Member of the Golden Grove Lions club. I believe my experience as a former Deputy Mayor and Hillcott Councillor will be beneficial to the residents of the ward and council. If elected I will oppose any sale of open green space for shopping centres or speculators. I aim to keep rates as low as possible, ensuring residents don't pay a cent more than necessary. To seek more footpaths for our area, maintain and improve local sporting facilities, existing wetland, reserves and walking trails. I am available to listen to people's concerns to provide real solutions. I look for your support to continue my community service. Vote 1 Peter Panagaris Vote 2 Olivia Lorraine. Dear Residents, Paul served as our TTG Councillor between 2006 - 2018. Vocationally he continues in his Disability and Community Advocacy role assisting locals overcome barriers to improving their wellbeing. Paul has a proven history of accomplishments whilst Councillor. His always been accessible to residents, schools, sporting clubs and recreational groups whenever called upon. Throughout his 12 years on council Paul stood alongside us residents. Together we protected and helped save valuable open public spaces and improved environmental corridors we all enjoy. Other achievements have been advocating for council programs and services, roads, pathways, and family amenities. We need strong and focused representation. Paul's record of achieving for Hillcott Ward, listening to residents and working together ensures we will receive better value for the rates and charges we all pay. Let's re-elect Paul, our trusted reliable candidate - fighting for us - not Political Parties.

Keeping rates low, looking after the basics, and making your voice heard. These are the things I will work for if elected to represent you on Tea Tree Gully Council. At the seven community listening posts I've recently held across Modbury Heights, Wynn Vale, and Golden Grove, residents like you have shared their concerns. Residents want strong local representation - a councillor who is always accessible, won't disappear between elections, and who works constructively for residents' interests, not their own. As a local ratepayer myself, I hear you loud and clear. Living in Wynn Vale with my wife Alison (and soon-to-be baby boy) we know that the North East is a fantastic part of South Australia - but it can be better. By voting for somebody who listens to the community, and who shares your concerns and aspirations, we can make a difference.

HARRIS, Luke

I've lived in the City of Tea Tree Gully since moving to Australia in 2004, and I couldn't think of a better place to live. Being a youthful, enthusiastic and upstanding member of our community, I bring a fresh perspective to council, representing residents of all ages but belonging to the generation which will lead our future. As an independent candidate, I hold no affiliation or ties to any political party, which gives me the important freedom to represent you, the residents and ratepayers of Hillcott Ward. I have a passionate commitment to maintaining our open green spaces and working proactively to ensure the upmost safety of our community. Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Journalism and Professional Writing (University of South Australia).
