The Flinders Ranges Council - Area Councillor - 24 July 2023 results

The resignation of a serving area councillor resulted in an area councillor position being vacated.

In accordance with the Local Government (Elections) Act 1999 (the Act), a supplementary election was held to fill this vacancy.

At the close of nominations at 12 noon on Thursday 8 June 2023, 3 nominations were received and accepted for this election.

District Council of Tumby Bay - Area Councillor - 19 July 2023

The resignation of an area councillor caused a casual vacancy in the District Council of Tumby Bay.

Section 6A of the Local Government (Elections) Act 1999 was applied to fill this vacancy.

The candidates who were not elected in the March 2023 supplementary election were asked to confirm their willingness and eligibility to be elected to this vacancy. As 2 candidates were determined willing and eligible to be elected to the vacancy, a recount of the votes cast at the supplementary election was conducted.

Mount Barker District Council - South Ward Councillor - 2 May 2023

The resignation of a serving councillor resulted in a South Ward councillor position being vacated.
