Aṉangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Executive Board

Elections for the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Executive Board are held every three years. The board has 14 members, with two members elected from each electorate (community/homeland group). Each electorate will be repesented by one female and one male board member.

There are now seven electorates in the APY lands:

  • Pipalyatjara and Kalka
  • Kanypi, Nyapari, Angatja and Watarru
  • Amata and Tjurma
  • Kaltjiti, Irintata and Watinuma
  • Pukatja, Yunyarinyi, Anilalya and Turkey Bore
  • Mimili
  • Iwantja, Amuruna, Railway Bore, Witjintitja and Wallatinna
